Medical receptionist

Clinic director Alison Rose and team at CSPC physiotherapy clinic aim to return patients back to their best as quickly as possible and provide expert care from the very moment they step through the clinic door to when they have finished in treatment and are handed over to the reception team.

Working at a private physiotherapy clinic expectations in customer care and services are high and our reception team play a crucial role in this, therefore excellent interpersonal skills are required.

The post holder will have excellent communication and computer skills, accuracy and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of TM3 clinical system or similar practice management software is desirable.

A good telephone manner and an understanding of confidentiality is essential.

Due to the nature of the clinic and small practice team responsibilities may vary and some experience in digital marketing would be desirable.

Physiotherapist

An opportunity to join Alison Rose and the team at CSPC physiotherapy, Leeds.

Our successful and busy practice treats a wide range of patients from high level sports people to those with chronic complex issues.

We are interested to hear from physiotherapists with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, who can demonstrate a positive attitude towards continuing personal development and the necessary skills and personal attributes to fit straight into the established and happy team.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate an extensive course background, with good ‘hands on’ skills and the ability to clinically reason. A desire to assist with mentoring our newly qualified physiotherapists on the clinic’s Graduate Programme is welcomed, but not essential.

Working on a self-employed basis, clinic hours are negotiable and flexible. An excellent hourly rate is offered, together with full admin support and a comprehensive in-house CPD programme.
