A Coronavirus Update

A Coronavirus Update From CSPC Physiotherapy

Dear all,

I am sad that we have had to make the decision to close the clinic today for the foreseeable future, however in the current circumstances it is totally the right thing to do. For me, the easiest way to make a decision is to focus on the main priority, and in this case, it is to support the need to reduce and slow down further spreading of COVID-19 and to keep everyone healthy and safe, as far as it is within our own powers to do so. It is crucial that we support the NHS in trying to manage the enormous stress they are under, and we can all play our parts in this by staying at home.

At CSPC we are very aware that many of you are undergoing treatment for ongoing issues, acute problems or progression of exercises post operatively or post injury. We also know how important it is for our clients to stay healthy physically and for many, including myself, I know that if I am physically healthy, it goes a long way to making me feel so much happier in all other aspects of my life. We would like to continue to support you through this journey, and want you to know that we are here for you, no matter how long it takes for us to come through this awful situation.

My amazing team have been working hard over the last few weeks to put in place a way that we can support this. We are finalising the details of our remote services, which we will put into further communications, and we will continue to fine tune these as time goes on. We will have a manned phone within reduced hours and it will be possible to leave a message on our answer phone. We will call you back within 24 hours.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for working with us so far, and please stay safe and follow the advice on social distancing. This seemingly small thing is a massive thing that we can all do to support each other.

Best wishes to you all,

Alison Rose
