Liz has always had an avid interest in strength and conditioning and injury prevention after suffering a number of injuries as a triathlete. She has been practicing for just over a year as a mobile therapist and has treated a number of cyclists, runners and swimmers due to her background in these disciplines. She also has an MSc in sports psychology and believes that good sports performance can only be achieved though adopting a holistic approach, maintaining a healthy body and mind.
Liz currently works part time as a PE teacher and also coaches triathlon. In terms of her own sport she is now focused on road racing and spends a lot of time training and racing in her spare time, competing at national level.
