CrossFit“Huge thanks to yourself and Vanessa for taking the time to come down to our gym and put on an excellent workshop last night. I’ve been hearing really good comments from our members all day about it. The areas covered were all relevant and have certainly given everyone a greater appreciation of the benefits that can be achieved through taking some extra time to work on their mobility and movement. I thought it was very generous of you both to stay so long and work on individuals’ issues too.

I have passed on the details of the services offered by CSPC to all of our members and Jo CrossFit have already spoken to a few people who are keen on the MOTs. I know you mentioned last night that you are putting a specific CrossFit body MOT together so if you could let me know once that is done that would be excellent. If you would like to ask any questions or need further input from myself for it then don’t hesitate to ask. I’d be really keen to go through it myself once done. It’s also really good for us to have a well respected and professional physio company to refer people to. Especially since you are all so closely associated with different sports and have a good knowledge of the training we do.

“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ali for delivering  the running drills session to our members at Otley AC yesterday evening.

I personally found it very useful and will be purchasing the USB stick to help me implement these into my weekly schedule.

Also I thought it might be useful for me to provide some feedback to Ali that other members have offered:

It was brilliant – was great I shall be purchasing the USB – it was really interesting, as I was leaving Alison said, you could be so much more efficient, this could have been about any aspect of my life to be fair! – it was really great & I found it hard but useful and think I’ll be investing in a 121 session for an early birthday present to myself

Alison also suggested she would be willing to come back later on in the year and do a ‘refresher’/session for other members. I think as a club this is something that we would like to accept and I will be in touch in a few months to arrange if this is still on offer.
